1. Simply-Inventions.com or any body having ownership of same will not be liable to any losses however so caused by carrying on, entering into business with any party which may have been introduced via simply-inventions.com

2.Simply-inventions.com does not represent or have any dealings with third parties who respond and subsequently enter into business with subscribed members and potential inventors

3. Simply-inventions.com always reserve the rights to shut down, terminate or suspend the website however so caused.

4.Once yearly subscriptions have been paid, no refund can be made.  Subscriptions can be cancelled via our payment partners paypal.  Access is provided on subscriptions page.

5. Simply-inventions will not knowingly divulge. sell personal data, email addresses etc.  No liability is accepted if such data is hijacked or hacked from our server database.

6.  If before the expiration of 5 days from purchase you decide for whatever reason to cancel your subscription Simply-Inventions.com will refund your subscription charge in full, currently £10.00 annually.  You must request this from us via our subscription page. Your subscription and any entries on our site will be removed permanently. No  refund will be given outside of 5 days from purchase date.
